Jane Bullough, Managing Director
After relocating from Lancashire in 2012, Jane started JGH Property Services has spent over 15 years in the recruitment industry. Her vision was and continues, to offer a cleaning service to niche markets delivering exemplary service, reliability, and excellent standards. Her plans are to continue growing the business, expanding across more niche and specialist markets. Jane works alongside her office-based team in Jesmond.
Jane spends her time outside of work with family and friends in Yorkshire, Lancashire, and Newcastle, she has twin sons and two young grandsons. She has recently taken up golf and is a keen walker.
George Bullough, Operations Director
After leaving Art College, George made his way into the cleaning world purely by chance, he spent many years gaining valuable experience before relocating to Newcastle and joining Jane in the start-up of JGH Property Services. George is field-based, managing the service delivery across the divisions.
George is married to Lidia, and they have two young sons, they live in Gosforth. Outside of work and family life, George is a keen golfer, sports enthusiast and enjoys long-distance running.
Glen Herrington, Head of Support Services
After graduating from university, Glen relocated to the Northeast and began building herself a sales management career at the accountancy software firm Sage, working her way up the ladder to become a member of the senior management team. After 14 years, Glen left Sage to try her hand in other industries and using that experience, decided to become self-employed in 2019. It was there that Glen was introduced to Jane via her accountant, and Glen has since joined Jane in helping to grow JGH Property Services.
In her spare time, Glen loves nothing more than spending time with her fiancé, family, and friends, and not least, her precious English Springer Spaniel, Banksy!
Matthew Worth, Team Manager
A former Royal Engineer in the British Army, Matt then traveled to Australia and managed many agricultural and water irrigation projects. With the Covid-19 pandemic, Matt returned to the UK and joined JGH Property Services in January 2021. Matt brings a ‘larger than life’ personality, humour and team camaraderie and works face to face with the operational teams and clients.
Matt is a qualified personal fitness instructor and enjoys time outside of work in the gym.
Kamila Sobotka, Team Supervisor
Joining JGH Property Services in 2019 and working on one of the On-Site contracts part-time, Kamila then began working across many other teams and quickly became promoted to Team Supervisor. Kamila has become a valued senior member of the team, she provides daily support and mentoring to the team and ensures the quality of delivery remains paramount.
Married with a young family, Kamila is an excellent cook and baker, and keeps the teams supplied with many treats and cakes!
Jacob Wade, Marketing Assistant
Graduating from Kingston upon Thames University with a degree in Marketing & Advertising, Jacob has joined our Jesmond-based team, developing brand awareness, market presence and provides day to day support in the development and expansion of the business.
Jacob enjoys his time out of work rock-climbing and surfing in Tynemouth.
